1. Please describe your network.
We have two campuses connected by a wireless point-to-point Motorola Canopy.
Campus one is the school which has the bulk of the equipment. 5 servers; 1 Domain Controller, 1 File Server, 1 Web server, 1 Server controls the V-Brick appliances, 1 print server. All transported over Ethernet on numerous routers and switches. Also wireless A/B/G.
Campus two (The administration building) is a similar build with three servers, DC, FS and PS. Located in campus 2 is Call manager hosting 11 pots lines.
2. Are you looking for hosted web services?
We currently have a multi-year contract for our web-site to be hosted and will not be able to review bids for this service. However we will review email, DNS, Phone service as a hosted service and other such offerings.
3. Describe you phone system.
We a currently using Cisco call manager Version 4.1 physically located at the admin building to connect 3 Phones at the school and one phone in the training room in the Admin building. The phones are Cisco 7940 and 7960s.
4. Are you interested in cellular phone services?
Yes we require smart phones with a data service plan along with telephone service.
5. What is the last day GTA will be accepting E-Rate bids?
We will stop taking bids on Friday, January 20th, 2012.
